✦ Filling in the form I gave you are considered first before I began your commission.
✦ After getting your form and discussing the price, I'll start sketching right away.
✦ I'll send you the sketch and when you agree that it's prefect, I'll send you the full payment invoice through Paypal (International clients) and for Local clients I'll give you my bank account number in our chatroom.
✦ If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the payment.

˗ˋˏ✧ Refund Rules ✧ˎˊ˗

✦ You can't cancel and get a refund when I already started working on your piece.
✦ You can get a full refund when I haven't start anything/didn't give any update in 6 month or passed a week+ on the date we agree on
✦ You will get a full refund when I cancel your commission because you have proven troublesome in anyway

˗ˋˏ✧ Deadline ✧ˎˊ˗

✦ You may set a deadline if you wish but it must be reasonable. The maximum time I need to finish a digital commission could take up to 2 weeks to 3 months or even more depending on how busy I am and how many commissions I currently have.
✦ If you need your finished piece quickly and wish for your commission to be priority, there will be an option to purchase a rush fee depending on how fast you want it to be done.

˗ˋˏ✧ Turnaround Time ✧ˎˊ˗

✦ I will try to finish your Commission as fast as I can, however please be patient with me.
✦ I will try to finish your commission between 1-2 weeks but it will take longer for Live2D commission, it depends on my to-do list and motivation (gimmie motivations pwease) which usually take a month+
✦ The maximum you'll have to wait for your commission without any updates is 6 months. ( in the worst case, which is not the usual but it may or may not happen)
✦ I'll always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art but please drop by and ask for updates if you're curious on the progress <3

✦ Artist Rights
The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more unless we sign the NDA✦ Client Rights
Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use. Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channelsClient must not claim Work as their own and must credit Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so onClient must not edit or modify Work in any way without prior permission from the Artist✦ Commercial Rights
